I Hotel & Conference Center

Located at 1900 South First Street – Across from Research Park at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The I Hotel and Conference Center is a joint development of Fox/Atkins Development, LLC, and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Houlihan’s Restaurant and Bar

Adjoining to the I Hotel and Conference Center is Houlihan’s Restaurant + Bar a 220 seat, full service, casual dining restaurant. Houlihan’s is accessible both through the I Hotel and Conference Center and through its own dedicated entrance on the west exterior of the building. With its every-meal-made-from-scratch menu, from classic American cuisine to organic, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, you will be able to find something delicious for every member of your party.

Houlihan’s offers breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the public dining room, on the outdoor patio, and a semi-private alcove for groups of up to ten.

Conference Center

Next to the I Hotel is the 38,000 square foot state-of-the-art Illinois Conference Center with seating capabilities of up to 700 guests. The Conference Center is available for university-sponsored events as well as to the public for business conferences and seminars, career fairs, symposium, weddings receptions, and other business and social gatherings.  In addition to many university-sponsored gatherings, recent events held at the center include the Crisis Nursery Annual Dinner and Auction, The American Heart Association Heart Ball, and the Bloomington Gold Corvette Show.
