Strata Decision Technology

Strata Decision Technology was founded in 1996 by Dr. Catherine Kleinmuntz and Dr. Don Kleinmuntz based on the idea that the right software tools could help healthcare providers create an environment for better decision making. Their idea was to start with sophisticated financial models, but also add the capability to enhance collaboration, capture the right information, and communicate with non-financial audiences. The heart of their approach was a recognition that a healthcare organization's decision making requires trade-offs between financial objectives and broader, strategic objectives that consider the long-term mission of the organization. Together, they devised innovative new models, tools, and processes, and created a unique set of products that set a new standard for decision-making tools in the healthcare industry.
