The future TDFC III Building will be the first new development of Phase IV of the Research Park. The 20,125 square-foot building will integrate design and functional elements from the TDFC I, Graduation, and Littelfuse Buildings. The purpose of TDFC III is to create cost-efficient space to accommodate users that require light industrial or non-traditional space. The building will feature three exclusive 14’x14’ loading docks, 16’ ceiling clearance, and 3-phase power to allow companies to research, fabricate, and test at a larger scale with heavy machinery.
