The Graduation Building, located at 2109 South Oak Street, was the second Technology Development & Fabrication Center constructed by Fox/Atkins. The Graduation Building was originally developed as lab and office space for companies that were graduating from the EnterpriseWorks Incubator in the Research Park. Like TDFC I, the building provides a lower cost alternative to multi-story office space in the Research Park, with flexible space that can be used for the production and development of new technology in a lab setting.
