In 1999, Fox Development began working with Dr. Suzanne Trupin to accommodate her medical practice’s growing space needs. Dr. Trupin, a second generation obstetrician and gynecologist, desired a space that was both state of the art and inviting to patients.
Fox Development arranged for Dr. Trupin to visit several medical facilities in the Midwest. On the basis of these visits and Dr. Trupin’s input, FDC designed a 7,400 square facility for Dr. Trupin. It features an AAAHC accredited ambulatory surgical center, onsite ultrasound, and bone densitometry testing.
The facility was constructed over 5 months and opened in June 2000. Today, it houses one of the most successful OB/GYN practices in East Central Illinois.
FDC continues to own and manage the facility. It is leased on a long-term basis to Dr. Trupin.
