Fox Development Corporation has developed a number of medical office buildings in Champaign, Urbana, and Savoy, Illinois. These projects have included single practice physicians, multi-specialty clinics, and multiple-location hospital systems. FDC worked closely with each health care provider to meet its individual needs. As a result, these projects were structured in many forms, from long-term ground leases with the sponsoring hospital, to build-to-suit facilities for individual physicians.
