On a merit basis, Fox Ventures provides funding to companies at various levels that have strong technology and business leadership, well-protected intellectual property, potential commercial impact, and a clear technology/product development path. Fox Ventures is willing to invest $25,000 up to $1,000,000 to fund business development based on the potential of the business and the state of growth. Fox Ventures will work with companies to create exit strategies that are mutually beneficial to each company. In addition to equity investments and providing access to capital for emerging companies, Fox Ventures also invests in companies through the financing of real estate via Fox Development Corporation. FDC has made significant investments in custom office space construction. The financing often allows tenants to have improvements financed over a shorter time period than the duration of their lease.
