Major-Grant Application

Applications are accepted year-round, as funding is available. Grant applications are reviewed quarterly while grant funding is available. Applications are accepted on-line or by printing and filling out a Major Grants form. All required attachments must be emailed or mailed for full consideration. You will be notified within twelve weeks of approval or denial or if additional information is required. No phone calls please.
