The Graduation building is located at 2109 South Oak Street at the University of Illinois Research Park The building provides cost efficient space to accomodate users that need non traditional office space. It was constructed to accomodate lab users with need for exhausting, high ceilings for large equipment and ease of shipping/recieving for deliveries. Suites are available from 3,000-10,000 SF
