Companies are emerging from the Research Park as they move from developing technology concepts to producing prototyped products and servicing clients with advanced equipment.

Fox/Atkins constructed the Technology Development Fabrication Center to accommodate lab space and light assembly/manufacturing for new technology. The building opened in July 2006. It is a single story building west of Oak Street.
