The partnership has already built over 565,000 square feet of new office space currently with 11 office buildings, 84 tenants, and 1,470 employees in the Research Park.

Fox Development Medical Office Experience - Fox Development Corporation has developed a number of medical office buildings. These projects have included single practice physicians, multi-specialty clinics, and multi-location hospital systems. FDC worked closely with each health care provider to meet its individual needs. As a result, these projects were structured in many forms, from long-term ground leases with the sponsoring hospital to build-to-suit facilities for individual physicians.
