Peter B. Fox is Founder of Fox Development Corporation, a real estate development firm which develops, manages and leases approximately 700,000 square feet of office and retail space in Champaign, Illinois. Mr. Fox formerly served as Senior Managing Director of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. from 1985 to 1997. In 1997, he relocated to Champaign to devote more time to his real estate development, small business loan and consulting businesses. Mr. Fox and his companies are focused on creating and retaining jobs associated with technology and the service sector. Most recently, he accepted the responsibility of serving as Manager of Fox/Atkins Development, LLC, developer and manager of the University of Illinois Research Park in Champaign. Mr. Fox received a Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University in Economics and Political Science. He resides in Champaign with his wife and two children.

Andrea L. Ruedi was named chief executive officer of Fox Development Corporation (FDC), effective January 2006. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Ruedi, CEO of Andrea Ruedi Consulting, had worked under contract with FDC in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer since January 1, 2004. Prior to starting her own company, Ms. Ruedi was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Champaign County Alliance, the parent corporation of the Champaign County EDC, the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce and the Champaign County Convention and Visitors Bureau, May 2001 through November 2004. She served as the President and CEO of the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce, January 1998 through April 2001. An Illinois native, Ms. Ruedi graduated summa cum laude from MacMurray College in Jacksonville IL with BS degrees in Business Administration and Sociology. She has completed graduate level banking programs at both the University of Colorado and University of Wisconsin and is a graduate of the Institute for Organization Management at the University of San Diego. She and her husband, John, live in Champaign and have a son, Christopher, who is an undergraduate student at the University of Illinois.

Tim Mast is the Chief Financial Officer for Fox Development Corporation. Tim joined Fox Development in February 2006. A certified public accountant, Tim received his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University. Most recently he was senior manager with Clifton Gunderson and has over twenty years' experience in accounting, auditing, taxes, computerized accounting applications, and network administration. Tim is past president of the Eastern Chapter of Illinois CPA Society and is active in Kiwanis Club, SCORE and St. Matthew Church. He and his wife, Kathy, have two children Kevin, and Megan.

Laura Frerichs is Fox Development Corporation's Vice President of Business Development & Marketing. Laura joined Fox Development in August 2005. Laura is responsible for marketing the Research Park and additionally supervises the Leasing and Marketing staff at FDC. Laura is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a BS is Advertising. Prior to working for FDC, Laura was the Senior Account Manager, East Central Illinois Region, with the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. Prior to joining DCEO, Laura was Media Investment Supervisor at Leo Burnett Company in Chicago.

Masha Trenhaile serves as the Managing Broker of FDC, LLC. She received her broker's license in October of 2005 and serves as the primary contact at Fox Development for all current and potential new tenants in the Shoppes of Knollwood and the Corporate Center. Masha previously was the Marketing Specialist for FDC. Masha focuses on finding new tenants and providing excellent customer service to existing tenants. Masha attended the University of Illinois, where she earned a Masters degree in Advertising in 2002. Before becoming part of the FDC team in July 2004, Masha worked as a Marketing Associate for Human Kinetics Publishing.

Heather Harden joined Fox Development in June 2007 as the Executive Assistant and Community Outreach Coordinator. She provides support for Senior Management, plans and organizes company sponsored philanthropic and business development events, and coordinates Community Outreach projects. Heather received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a Master’s of Education Degree in Continuing Education and Professional Development from the University of Illinois. She was previously employed as an Executive Assistant with Martin Hood Friese & Associates, LLC. Prior to working for Martin Hood Friese & Associates, LLC, Heather was a Catering Planner for University of Illinois Dining Services.

Cindy Niehus is the Controller for Fox Development Corporation. She is in charge of all accounts payable at Fox Development and also handles all rent receipts and book keeping matters. Prior to joining FDC in July 2000, Cindy worked for Near North Insurance Brokerage in Chicago. At Near North Insurance, Cindy was head of the accounts payable department. Cindy is always available and willing to answer tenant's questions regarding invoices or address concerns with rent payments.

Juan Cruz is Fox Development Corporation’s Supervisor of Grounds and Exterior Maintenance. Juan previously owned his own retail business in Mexico and then moved to Florida to attend Saint John Vianney College. Prior to joining Fox Development Corporation, Juan worked on the repair and maintenance staff for the Champaign Country Club. He has been with FDC since 2001.

Barry Fulton joined FDC in April, 2007. As FDC’s Tenant Services Manager, Barry serves as FDC’s customer service liaison tenants and vendors. He manages the work order database, responding to tenants’ requests, scheduling FDC’s repair and maintenance staff and contracting work through vendors. Barry was previously employed by Cotter Glass Company and has extensive experience in sales and customer service, bidding and writing contracts, ordering materials, and scheduling contract work. He is a Champaign native and prior to working at Cotter Glass, served in the United States Navy as a machinist mate in engineering.

Denise DeVries is a Business Development Specialist with Fox Development. She works with the Leasing and Marketing, as well as programming for the Research Park. Denise received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in marketing, from Bowling Green State University. She has over 15 years of marketing experience including previous positions as Director of Marketing for a residential home developer as well as for regional and national restaurant chains. She also has experience in public relations, and event planning. Denise, her husband Paul, and their daughter Kyra recently moved to Champaign from Kalamazoo, Michigan.
